SA 15-005 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CASE NAME: OSARIO, BENITO <br />CLASSIFICATION: OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING (FATAL) <br />INTERVIEW OF: ROSA ORALIA OSORIO <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PRESENT: CHUCK ELMS, DETECTIVE <br />SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />DATE AND TIME: MARCH 11, 2015 1745 - 1807 HOURS <br />LOCATION: SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />On Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at approximately 1745 hours, I conducted an interview <br />of ROSA OSORIO, regarding an officer involved shooting involving the Santa Ana Police <br />Department (SAPD). Also present for the interview was SAPD Investigator CHUCK ELMS. The <br />interview was audio digital recorded. There was one short break in the middle of the interview <br />at 1747 hours, so that I could accept a telephone call from my immediate supervisor, MARK <br />GUTIERREZ. The interview started again at 1750 hours. The interview ended at approximately <br />1807 hours. When the interview was over and the recording was turned off, ROSA OSORIO <br />provided Detective ELMS and I with additional information at which time I turned my recorder <br />back on. The time was approximately 1807 hours, and the conclusion of the interview ended at <br />approximately 1830 hours. The following is a summary of the entire interview: <br />ROSA OSORIO was married to BENITO OSORIO for the past twenty years.
