On Thursday April 13, 2023, at approximately 08:15 hours, Orange County Crime Lab (OCCL) Property Technician
Dala Xiong released the following three (3) items of evidence to me. The items were collected as part of this case
SA 23-001104 and by the OCCL, under case number FR 23-43030.
Item 1 Clothing with apparent blood from hospital OCSD 1
Item 2 Buccal swabs from: Jaqueline ESQUEDA OCSD 2 (Frozen Section)
Item 3 Buccal swabs from Malgarejo, Marvin OCSD 3 (Frozen Section)
I transported all three (3) items to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, where they were booked into the
Property and Evidence Section locker 1 and Freezer.
