activity programming and services

• Goal was to identify strengths and
gaps with a focus on generating
recommendations that foster obesity
and crime reduction
• RFP Issued
• Ersoylu Consulting selected in June
2008
• 12 month process involving focus
groups, surveys, and evaluation
• Began public feedback process
