Wednesday, May 3, 2023 1130 hours:
On the above date and time, I went to Orange County Global Medical Center Medical Records
(OCGMCMR) building located at 1301 N. Tustin Avenue in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange. The
purpose for going to OCGMCMR was to pick up medical records for suspect Marvin Ricardo Melgarejo.
Upon arrival, I made contact with the receptionist and advised her I was there to pick up the medical records
for Melgarejo, which had been requested by Detective J. Capacete. I retrieved the medical records and
brought them back to the Santa Ana Police Department, and later booked into SAPD Evidence locker.
No further details.
