At some point after hearing the gunshots, the Officer that exited the passenger side of the police vehicle took out a rifle from the police vehicle. We asked if she saw any of the occupants of the black vehicle exit or flee from the vehicle. said the brown SUV that was parked in front of her vehicle was blocking her view. She was only able to see a ³gangster´exit the black vehicle from the driver side and taken into police custody. said she called her sister, Margarita Hernandez, and told her what was going on as the incident unfolded.
