partner. At approximately 1841 hours, we responded to the area of Bishop St. and Rosewood Ave. regarding an
RIILFHU LQYROYHG VKRRWLQJ
It should be noted that during the incident my department issued AXON 3 body work camera (BWC) was activated
and recording. All statements made below are a summary of the facts and circumstances that shall not be taken as
all-encompassing of the event. For exact dialogue and sequence of events see BWC footage.
Upon arrival, I observed a male subject laying on ground. The subject was located on the east side of Shelton St.
