ALMANZA indicated he understood his rights and invoked his right to <br />counsel. No further questions were asked by Detective MOROYOQUI. <br />After Detective MOROYOQUI concluded his attempt to interview ALMANZA, I identified <br />myself and informed ALMANZA regarding my role in the investigation. I asked ALMANZA if he <br />would like to speak to me regarding the circumstances of the officer involved shooting. <br />ALMANZA said, There was no aggressiveness from my part, then stated he would like to
