On the above date and time, I spoke with Registered Nurse, , who was
assigned to IGNACIO LEON after he was transported to Western Medical Center following an
officer involved shooting incident.
expressed that she did not want to be interviewed for this investigation and did
not want to be recorded without speaking to hospital management. The following is a
summary of my brief conversation with
is currently employed as an emergency room nurse at Western Medical Center.
LEON was transported to Western Medical Center’s Emergency Room by medics. When
LEON arrived, he was moaning. LEON was conscious and able to tell her his name. LEON did
not make any statements about what had happened that evening or how he was injured.
