On the above date and time, I conducted a telephonic audio digital recorded interview of
in reference to the officer involved shooting incident involving MARCELINO
ALMANZA. The following is a summary of the interview.
On Sunday evening, September 09, 2012, took a sleeping pill and did not see or hear
the shooting. She learned of the incident when she awoke the following morning.
