Dawson Approved By: <br />Date of Report: 07/05/13 Date: 07/09/2013 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CASE NAME: GONZALEZ, JESSICA <br />CLASSIFICATION: OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING (FATAL) <br />TYPE: AUTOPSY <br />AGENCY: SANTA ANA POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br /> On June 26, 2013, at approximately 0900 hours, I attended the post mortem <br />examination of JESSICA GONZALEZ at the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner, 1071 West Santa Ana <br />Boulevard, Santa Ana. Prior to the autopsy, I met with all involved personnel to discuss the <br />circumstances surrounding GONZALEZ’S death. The following personnel attended the meeting <br />and autopsy: <br />• ETOI DAVENPORT Forensic Pathologist <br />• FELICIA BURKE Orange County Sheriff’s Forensic Scientist <br />• AIDE SAHAGUN Orange County Sheriff’s Forensic Specialist <br />• ALANA HOESCH Orange County Forensic Assistant <br />• JULIAN RODRIGUEZ Santa Ana Police Department <br /> At approximately 0908 hours, the autopsy was conducted by Doctor ETOI DAVENPORT. <br />Orange County Sheriff’s Forensic Specialist AIDE SAHAGUN took digital images of the autopsy, <br />while Orange County Sheriff’s Forensic Scientist FELICIA BURKE collected the physical evidence <br />under FR# 13-48764. <br />I observed a white body bag which was sealed with a Coroner’s body tag. GONZALEZ’S <br />body was removed from the bag.
