North of EM 32 and southeast of 805 S. Townsend Street garage #IO on the ground was an apparent bullet jacket fragment (EM 35). Five vehicles were parked in the driveway north of 805 S. Townsend Street garages one through five. Four vehicles faced west and one vehicle faced east. An apparent strikemark was in the tailgate of the west facing Nissan Xterra An apparent bullet hole was in the frame west of the garage door for 805 S. Townsend Street garage# l O (EM K). An apparent bullet hole was in the garage door of 805 S. Townsend Street garage #10 (EM L) with an apparent corresponding bullet hole (EM LI) in the plywood north wall of the garage. An apparent bullet hole (EM M) was in the east edge of the garage door of 805 S. Townsend Street garage #10 with an apparent corresponding strikemark on the piece of metal on the interior surface of the garage door. A Chevy Camaro was parked in 805 S. Townsend Street garage #10 and a jacketed bullet was on the floor of 805 S. Townsend Street garage # 10 (EM 40). North of EM 6 on the ground in the center of the alley were two cartridge cases with HS "WINCHESTER 45 AUTO" (EM 8 and EM 9). Southeast ofSAPD Unit 854 on the ground ne ar the west wall of 810 S. Raitt Street garage# 1 were three cartridge cases with HS "WINCHESTER 40 S& W" (EM IO through EM 12). On the ground south of the right rear tire of SAPD Unit 854 was an apparent bullet jacket fragment (EM 13). On the ground south of the left rear tire of SAPD Unit 85 4 was one cartridge case with HS "WINCH ESTER 40 S&W" (EM 14). On the ground near the left rear tire ofSAPD Unit 854 were three cartridge cases with HS "WINCHESTER 45 AUTO" (EM 15 through EM 17). On the ground west of the left front tire of SAPD Unit 854 was an apparent bullet fragment (EM 20). On the ground under SAPD Unit 854 and near the left front tire was an apparent bullet jacket fragment (EM 21). On the ground west of the driver's door ofSAPD Unit 854 in the center of the alley were an apparent bullet (EM 18) and an apparent bullet fragment (EM 19). North of EM 19 and west of SAPD Unit 880 on the ground in the center of the alley was a cartridge case with HS "WINCHESTER 40 S& W" (EM 27). On the ground between SAPD Unit 854 and the garages for 806 S. Raitt Street was an apparent piece of metal (EM 22). On the ground north of the right front bumper ofSAPD Unit 854 and south of the left rear bumper ofSAPD Unit 880 were an apparent bullet jacket fragment (EM 23) and a cartridge case with HS "WINCHESTER 40 S&W" (EM 24). On the ground west of the left rear tire of SAPD Unit 880 was an apparent bullet jacket fragment (EM 29). A pair of "Susan G. Komen" sunglasses was on the ground under SAPD Unit 880 near the right rear tire (EM 33); a cartridge case with HS "WINCHESTER 40 S& W" (EM 34) was on the ground under SAPD Unit 880 near the left front tire. On the ground north of SAPD Unit 880 west of the garages for 806 S. Raitt Street was an apparent bullet fragment (EM 36). A bullet hole (EM N) was in the west facing garage frame between the first and second beige garage doors from the north for 802 S. Raitt Street; a jacketed bullet was recovered. North of EM N was an apparent strikemark (EM 0) in the second from the north west facing blue garage door for 730 S. Raitt Street. North of EM 36 on the ground on the east side of the alley and in the vicinity of the garage door with EMO was a jacketed bullet with apparent wood in the nose (EM 38). On the ground north of EM 35 and east of the south facing garages for 801 S. Townsend Street was an apparent bullet jacket (EM 37). On the ground east of 729 S. North of729 S. Townsend Street garages #6 and #7 were 729 S. Townsend Street garages #1 and #2. An apparent strikemark (EM P) was in the stucco at the base of 729 S. Townsend Street garages# 1 and #2; the apparent strikemark EM P tested positive with a presumptive test for lead. The following items were collected and submitted to the OC Crime Lab Evidence Control Unit: • Projectiles and fragments from scene • Syringe, loaded, with apparent blood (EM 30) • Partial plastic toy gun with apparent blood (EM 25) • Plurnbtesmo test papers (EMs G,H,I,P) • Sunglasses (EM 33) • ( 1) black Vans shoe, size 8 (805 S Townsend Street garage #]) • (1) brown boot, size 9M (805 S Townsend Street garage #1 ) ficia A.
