The <br />incident occurred on July 30, 2013, at 622 South Harbor Boulevard, in the city of Santa Ana. <br />The following is a summary of the interview: <br />On July 30, 2013, at approximately 1500 hours, was in the kitchen area of <br />“Jugo’s La Tropicana” waiting for his mother, , to prepare food for him. <br /> heard a “guy” yelling towards the front of the business; however he was not able to <br />determine what the male subject was saying. then heard one gunshot coming from <br />the front of the business. walked to the front of the juice bar and saw a female <br />customer, later identified as: ( ), crying and screaming. <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br />INTERVIEW REPORT
