On the above date and time, I conducted an audio digital recorded interview of
, regarding the Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD) officer involved shooting
incident of HANS KEVIN . was accompanied by her sister
. and , and other family members came to the Santa Ana Police
Department after hearing that their brother, HANS KEVIN , had been shot by the
police in the city of Santa Ana. The following is a summary of the interview with :
and were HANS’ sisters and both refused to give their current home
addresses. Earlier today, HANS’ ex-girlfriend, “ ” (unknown last name) had informed
’s son, via Facebook, that HANS had been shot and killed in Santa Ana by the police.

shooting incident. confirmed that her brother’s name was HANS KEVIN and
his date of birth was September 18, 1990.
did not know where HANS lived, but believed he had lived on “the streets” and
was possibly homeless and unemployed. claimed not to know any details about HANS’
personal life, but admitted they saw each other and occasionally he would come to her house
to visit. was not aware if HANS had a drug or alcohol problem. When HANS was
younger, possibly in his teens, he was provided an unknown type of street drug, which resulted
in their parents having him admitted to a rehabilitation facility.
Orange County Coroner Investigator INEZ MARTINEZ entered the room and personally
notified and of HANS’ death.
