TO AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE MEDIAN LANDSCAPING, RIGHT OF WAY, AND HOMELESS DEBRIS REMOVAL SERVICES THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on May 5, 2026, by and between Landscape West Management Services, Inc. ("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A-2025-083, dated June 3, 2025, by which Contractor agreed to provide landscaping maintenance and irrigation systems maintenance of street medians and public right-of-way amenities, vacant lots/parcels, slopes, channels, and easements ("Agreement"). B. The initial term of the Agreement runs for a three (3) year term from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, with an option to grant up to two (2) one (1) year extensions through 2030. The Agreement is current and in -effect. C. City and Contractor previously entered into a Blanket Order Contract #8696 to provide homeless encampment and debris removal services with an annual budget of $500,000. Blanket Order Contract 98696 is set to expire on July 6, 2026. D. The scope of services to the Agreement also allows for the same services provided in the soon to expire Blanket Order Contract. E. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the amount to be expended under the Agreement to compensate the Contractor for the continuation of services intended to maintain public spaces free of debris and encampments, and open for safe use by residents, businesses and stakeholders of Santa Ana. The Parties therefore agree: Section 2, Compensation, is amended to increase the not -to -exceed expenditure under the Agreement by $500,000 for each annual term of the Agreement, including any option to extend the term of the Agreement, commencing on July 1, 2026. The total amount to be expended during the remaining term of the Agreement, including any extension, shall not exceed $11,370,000. 2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
