Santa Ana Police <br />Department <br />60 Civic Center Plaza -- Santa Ana, <br />CA, 92701 <br />Supplemental Report <br />Case No. <br />2019-05804 <br />Incident Activity Summary: <br />Stolen/Recovered: (Report-wide)$0.00 $0.00 <br />Narrative: Narrative <br />On 3-11-19 at approximately 2103 hours, I was wearing my department issued body worn camera and working <br />uniformed patrol driving a marked, black and white police vehicle for the City of Santa Ana Police Department. On the <br />above date and time, I responded to the area of 1818 S Evergreen St to assist with an Officer involved shooting. <br />When I arrived on scene, I took a perimeter position in the east alley of Cedar St at Edinger Ave. I placed crime scene <br />tape across the alley and across Evergreen St at Edinger Ave. <br />At approximately 0314 hours, I was directed to break down my perimeter at Edinger and take over the perimeter <br />position further south in the alley east of Cedar St. <br />I stayed in that position until the perimeter was broken down on 3-12-19 at 0405 hours. <br />This concluded my involvement with this incident. <br />Officer R.
