On Monday, March 11, 2019 I was working uniformed patrol with my K9 partner driving a distinctly marked black and
white K9 police car. At approximately 2102 hours I responded to the area of Occidental and Evergreen to assist at the
scene of an Officer involved shooting that had just occurred. I arrived on scene at approximately 2112 hours and
began checking if there was any additional assistance needed to secure the scene or if any K9 assistance was
necessary. I was advised K9 assistance was not needed so I then cleared the scene at approximately 2121 hours. I
