Officer involved shooting. I assisted by maintaining a crime scene on Occidental Street, Cedar Street and Evergreen
Street. While at the scene I contacted several residents in the area and attempt to locate witnesses. I did not locate

When checking the area, I notice an overwhelming amount of Delhi Criminal Street Gang graffiti on Evergreen Street
and alley way areas. I stayed on scene until detectives, OC Sheriffs CSI and Orange County District Attorneys Office
