On Monday, March 11, 2019 at approximately 2105 hours, I responded to 1818 S. Evergreen in reference to an
officer involved shooting.
Upon arrival at approximately 2110 hours, I was tasked with the duties of the Scribe. I was tasked with documenting
all personnel that entered and left the crime scene area. At approximately 2120 hours, I was relieved by Officer J.
Peralta #3602.
At approximately 2125 hours, I was tasked with holding the east perimeter of Evergreen and Occidental until 0313
hours when I was relieved by Officer M. Campi #3525.
