On 07/28/19 at approximately 0101 hours I responded to 1234 S. Hickory Street for CSI on a family disturbance (fight)
which results in an administrative call, use of force.
Upon arrival I met with Sgt. Sanchez #2703 who requested photographs of injuries of Officer Roelofs #3514 and three
arrestees. I observed Officer Roelofs had a bleeding laceration to the middle knuckle of on his right hand. He also had
blood on his uniform, his left forearm and right arm. I took overall and close-up photographs of Officer Roelofs and his
LQMXU\
I then responded to the Santa Ana Detention Facility and located arrestee Hugo Cervantes. I observed he had a small
laceration to his left little finger and his shirt was torn. I did not observe any other injuries to Cervantes at this time. I
located arrestee Candido Ocampo and observed he had a chipped front tooth. I did not observe any other injuries to

I then responded to OC Global Medical Center and located the third arrestee, Angel Biliebre. I observed he had dried
blood on his shirt and on his left and right hands. I also observed the skin on his left index finger was slightly peeled

The photographs were uploaded into the Digital Image Management System (DIMS) at the Santa Ana Police
