J. THIS FIRST AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 9t" day of September, 2026 by and between Madison Corbett dba Veritas Advisus, Inc., a California Corporation ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California("City"). City and Consultant shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as "the Parties". RECITALS A. On July 1,2026,the City entered into entered into Agreement#N-2026-165("Agreement") to provide administrative, constituent, and legislative support for a member of the City Council with Madison Corbett. B. The term of the Agreement runs through June 30, 2027 and is current and in-effect. C. Pursuant to Section 18, Assignment, the City recognizes and approves the transfer of the services provided herein to Madisson Corbett doing business as (dba) Veritas Advisus, Inc., a California corporation. D. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to include and specify Consultant's corporate name. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the parties agree as follows: 1. The first paragraph of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following paragraph: THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this 1 st day of July 2026 by and between Madisson Corbett dba Veritas Advisus, Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California("City"). 2. Except as modified by this First Amendment,all terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
