AGENCY RECESSED TO A JOINT SESSION BETWEEN COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL AT 5:57 P.M.
3. AMENDMENT TO DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT,
CONSOLIDATED PLAN AND LOAN AGREEMENT WITH VISTA DEL RIO
HOUSING PARTNERS. L.P.
Recommended actions approved by the Community Redevelopment and
Housing Commission on March 2, 2010, by a vote of 4-0 (Reyes absent).
Legal Notice published in the Orange County Reporter on March 1, 2010 and
March 8, 2010.
Cindy Nelson, Executive Director of Community Development, provided a brief
presentation.
Chairperson Pulido requested that the Agency be kept abreast on the project and
in the event it was not approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development that it would be brought back to the Agency with additional options
for the Agency to consider.
MOTION: Authorize the Executive Director and Agency Secretary to
execute an Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement
with Vista Del Rio Housing Partners, L.P.
