THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above-referenced agreement is entered into on September 16,2026 by
and between Ocean Blue Environmental Services,Inc.,a California corporation("Contractor")and the City
of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and
Iaws of the State of California("City").
RECITALS
A. The parties entered into Agreement #N-2025-253, dated September 18, 2025 ("Agreement") by which
Contractor agreed to provide on-call environmental clean-up services for crime scenes and jail cells. The
term of the Agreement runs through September 17,2027. The Agreement is current and in-effect.
B. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the overall compensation. No other changes
are contemplated by this First Amendment.
C. This first amendment is prepared for approval by the City Manager under his authority provided in
Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 2-748(a).
The Parties therefore agree:
1. Section 2.a., Compensation, is amended to increase the overall compensation by $10,000. The
total amount to be expended under the term of this Agreement, including any extensions exercised
by the parties, shall not exceed S60,000.
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment,all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
