The Hauling Di~risa~on is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the
residential loan portfolio. As of January, the principal balance was
X4.4 million. This is comprised of 4~8 loa.ns, of which ~~ were
deferred ar residual receipts parent loans. The loan portfolio has
generated ~31,~4 in repayments of principal and ~.nterest since the
beginning of this fiscal year.

The Logan infill project consists of three vacant lots located at ~.OO,

Building Agency concerning site plans, elevation and facades of the three
single-family homes to be developed an these lags. A full. post analysis
is naw underway by off and once finalised, staff anticipates bringing
a Disposition and Development agreement to the Rede~relopn~ent Agency far
approval. ~CCH is partnering with Taller San Jane on this project and
is making extensive use of pro Bono services,

In September, the Hauling Division released a Request far qualifications
~RF} for the development of thirteen sites throughout the pity. The
process gas initiated by the distribution of a letter to more than lOD
developers . total of seven Statement of Qualifications were received.
