Housing Author~.ty d~.rect the Authority General Counsel to prepare and
author~~e the Executi~re Director to execute an a~.end~ent to the agreer~ent
between the Housing Authority of the pity of Santa A na and National
Credit Reporting for ~ additional ~., D00 fora total contrast not to
exceed 40,00.

disclosure of clients' income sources, expenses, and criminal history.
HUD requires local Housing ~utharltles to screen all applicants for drug

registration. The Housing Authority has contrasted with National Credit
Reporting to provide this ln~ormation pia its web-based ser~rice.
In September BOO the Housing Authority entered into an agreement with
