CLOSED SESSION ITEMS The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters without members of the public present. Property: +2.7 acres of Agency-owned land on the south side of Garden Grove Blvd immediately west of the Santa Ana River-1600 Memory Lane, Santa Ana.
