Restaurant at 3835 West First Street, Unit D-1 located within the North Harbor
Plan (SP2) zoning district.

RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-21 as
conditioned.
MOTION by Commissioner Betancourt: Continue the public hearing to November
8, 2010 for Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-21.
Commissioner Betancourt withdrew her motion for purpose of discussion.
SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Continue the public hearing to November 8, 2010 for
Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-21.

5. EXCUSE OF ABSENCES
Commissioner Walters made a motion to excuse the absences of
Commissioners Acosta, Alderete and Turner; the motion was seconded by
Commissioner Betancourt and unanimously approved by the Commission with a
vote of 4:0.
