A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW
NO. 2002-05 TO CONSTRUCT A NEW 4,072 SQUARE
FOOT RESTAURANT AT 1740 EAST EDINGER AVENUE
(SD-69)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find, determine and declare
as follows:
A. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by
the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan
area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Development
Plan.
B. The zoning designation for the subject property is Specific Development
Plan No. 69 (SD-69).
C. Site Plan Review No. 2002-05 came before the Planning Commission of
the City of Santa Ana on September 9, 2002.
D. Applicant is requesting to construct a new 4,072 square foot International
House Of Pancakes Restaurant within Specific Development Zone No. 69
located at 1740 East Edinger Avenue.
E. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's General
Plan and the development standards outlined in Specific Development No.
69.
F. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, this project is
exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review
No. 02-209 will be filed for this project.

Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves Site
Plan Review No. 2002-05.
