1. AGMT NO. 2010-247 - Approve a severance agreement and mutual
general release with Joseph W. Fletcher, including a severance in the
amount of $142,080 effective December 31, 2010.
2. Direct the City Manager and Personnel Services Director to develop a
Recruitment Plan and bring it back to Council for consideration.
