A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE
APPEAL OF THE PLANNING MANAGERS DECISION
AND PERMITTING INTERIOR TENANT
IMPROVEMENTS TO AN EXISTING SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENCE LOCATED AT 1114 NORTH
FREEMAN STREET

WHEREAS, this Commission held a public hearing on March 13, 2000, on Appeal of
Planning Managers Decision No. 00-03, to allow tenant improvements to an existing single family
residence located at 1114 North Freeman Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid hearing, this Commission finds
and determines as follows:
The tenant improvements to the existing single family residence is hereby approved.
2. Appeal of the Planning Managers Decision No. 00-03 is hereby approved provided the
applicant record a covenant restricting the use of the property located at 1114 North Freeman Street
to single family use.
