Other Commissioners present included: Brown, Oliver, Doughty, Pedroza, and Nalle. Also in attendance were Kenneth Adams, Planning Manager; Richard Lay, Assistant City Attorney; Gary Sheatz, Deputy City Attorney; Charles View, Senior Planner; Jeffry Rice, Senior Planner; Linda Hale, Senior Planner; Vince Fregoso, Associate Planner; Larry Yeng lfn, Aseociate Planner; Pam Lucado and Joyce Ameraon, Public Works Agency; Mike McCoy and Yolanda Pena, Police Department; and Sharon McCain-Johnson, Recording Secretary. A. Approval of the Minutes from the Reqular Meeting of March 26, 1996. RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 26, 1996. B.
