A. Approval of Minutes
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve minutes of the regular meeting of March 4, 2004.
B. Commission Secretary Report

Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes that pursuant to the Brown Act
and the Maddy Act, the March 4, 2004 Agenda for the Regular Meeting was posted on the
door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic Center Plaza on March 1, 2004 at 3:30
p. m.
Filed by City of Santa Ana to execute an agreement with Love Revocable Trust for the
structure located at 2028 North Victoria Drive.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend that the City Council direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City
Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with the Love Revocable Trust,
Ron Love and Dianne E. Davis as Trustees, for the structure located at 2028 North Victoria
Drive.

Maya De Rosa presented the nominees for award consideration and noted May 6, 2004
was scheduled for the award presentations.

Maya De Rosa thanked Hally Soboleske for her work on the Awards Program. She noted
that on April 19 there are three Contributive properties going to the City Council for appeal;
will advise Commission of the outcome.

Society for upcoming award designations. Chairman Giles will make award

• Noted Floral Park Home Tour is scheduled for April 24 & 25, 2004.
• Inquired if property at 921 N. Sycamore was placed on the Santa Ana Register of
Historical Properties (First Church of Christ Scientist).
