HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION COMMENTS Commissioner Hitterdale: • Inquired about replacement of vacancies on the Historic Resources Commission. • Inquired about status of Historic Exterior Modification Application for 214 East Santa Clara Avenue that was adjourned for lack of quorum at the July meeting. Planning Manager Haluza stated the applicant requested a continuance to January, 2011. 9. EXCUSE OF ABSENCES • Commissioner Plascencia made a motion to excuse the absence of Commissioner O'Callaghan; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Rogers and unanimously approved by the Commission with a vote of 5:0.
