AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C-9-0560
BETWEEN
ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
AND
CITY OF SANTA ANA
THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 is effective on this 40, 1 day of , 2011, by and between
the Orange County Transportation Authority, ("AUTHORITY"), and The City of Santa Ana (" I;ITY").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, by Cooperative Agreement No. C-9-0560 dated November 2, 2009, AUTHORITY
and CITY entered into an agreement for CITY to install a Video Surveillance System (VSS) at the Santa
Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC), previously known as the Santa Ana Depot, at 100 East
Santa Ana Boulevard in Santa Ana, California ("PROJECT"); and
WHEREAS, AUTHORITY and CITY agree to extend the term of this Agreement to allow for
completing the project with no change to the maximum obligation amount;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that
Cooperative Agreement No. C-9-0560 is hereby amended in the following particulars only:
1. Amend ARTICLE 4. IT IS MUTUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED, Page 5 of 8,
line 19, to delete "March 31, 2011," as the expiration date of Agreement and in lieu thereof, insert
"December 31, 2011."

This Agreement will be effective as of April 1, 2011.
The balance of said Agreement remains unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment No. 1 to
Agreement No. C-9-0560 to be executed on the effective date first above written.
