The proposed Easement Deed is attached as Attachment 1. Based on the existing appraisal, the City determined the value of your property, identified in the attached Easement Deed, to be $2,200. The basis for this offer is explained more thoroughly in the Attachment 2 to this letter and made a part of this letter by reference. If you agree to accept the above referenced payment in exchange for the proposed Easement Deed, please sign below.
