5, 2008, approved an amendment to the. City Charter which established the Code .af Ethics and
Conduct for elected officials and members of appointed boards, :commissions, and committees to
assure public confidence. A copy of the City's ,Code can be found on the Clerk of the Council's

3. ANNUAL LICENSE RENEWAL FUR YARDI SYSTEMS, INC.
Recommended Ac#ion:
Authorize the Executive Director to execute an agreement for the licensing
renews[ and for services or enhancements to the software with Yardi
Systems, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $55,U00, subject to non-
substantive changes approved lay the Executive Director and Authority
General Counsel.
