REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION Recommend that the Housing Authority direct the Authority Attorney to prepare, and authorize the Chairman and Executive Director to execute, an agreement with Eugenia Kokinacis to perform Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections and other support services in an amount not to exceed $25,000. By a vote of "7:0 at its Regular Meeting of February 6, 2001. DISCUSSION ~n April 2000, the Executive Director approved a $10,000 agreement with Eugenia Kokinacis to provide Housing Quality Standards (HQS) inspections, HQS re-inspections, research and preparation of rent reasonableness data. Ms. Kokinacis has completed the initial work under the contract; however, the Housing Authority is in need of continuing support for HQS inspections. Given the scope and depth of these services, staff recommends increasing Ms. Kokinacis' contract to $25,000. Agreement far Inspection Services with Eugenia Kokinacis February 20, zaa~.
