BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AND THE SANTA ANA WORK CENTER
This Amendment to Memorandum of Understanding, dated July 20, 201 1, is between the City of
Santa Ana (City) and the Santa Ana WORK Center.
RECITALS
The Parties entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) allowing the WORK Center to
utilize Suite 100 of the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC) to provide a
computer lab for WORK Center clients.
The WORK Center has requested additional time to move the lab and return the space to the City.
WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said MOU, and subject to all the
terms and conditions of said MOU, except those amended in this First Amendment to MOU, the
parties agree as follows:
1. The Term of said MOU shall be extended through September 30, 201 1 .
2. During the extended Term, WORK Center shall continue to pay a monthly user fee of
$2,166.67.
3. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said MOU shall remain in
full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to MOU on
the date and year first written above.
