January 17, 2012 from The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, a public
body, corporate and politic, to the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly
organized under the Constitution and laws of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the
undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by
Ordinance No. NS-2352 and Section No. 33-55 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code adopted by the
City Council on June 1 , 1998, in compliance with California Government Code Section 27281 and
the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR STREET EASEMENT
That portion of Lot 17, Block A, of the Noah Palmer Tract, in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 2,
Page 11, of Miscellaneous Maps, Lot 17 is also shown on .Record of Survey No. 2011-
1013 recorded in Book 252, pages 40 and 41 of Records of Surveys, Records of said
Orange County lying southeasterly of the following described line;
Beginning at a point in the south line of said Lot 17, distant then?n North 89°59'13"
West 7.00 feet from the southeast comer of said Lot 17;
Thence North 44°49'07" East 9.87 feet to the east line of said Lot 17 and the terminus of
said line;
The above described parcel contains 25 square feet, more or less.
