SIXTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
y, THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into on September 30, 2011,
by and between Systems Research and Applications Corporation, a Virginia corporation
(hereinafter "SRA") with its place of business at 4300 Fair Lakes Court, Fairfax, VA
22033 and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and
existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "the
City„).

RECITALS:
A. The City and ORION Scientific Systems, Inc. (hereinafter ORION), entered into

Agreement A-2002-078, dated June 28, 2002, (hereinafter
said Agreement
) by
which ORION has provided computer software design and development for the
U City's Case Management Software to interface with ORION's TaskForce®
Investigations application.
B. SRA purchased ORION, which is now a fully integrated business unit of SRA.
C. The City and SRA amended said Agreement on February 22, 2011 (hereinafter
"Fourth Amendment") wherein SRA agreed to make an additional enhancement to
the City's Case Management System, as detailed in Exhibit A of Fourth Amendment,
"Task Order Form."
D. The City and SRA later amended said Agreement on June 30, 2011 wherein both
parties agreed to a three-month extension to the Fourth Amendment, thereby
changing the expiration date to September 30, 2011.
E. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties desire to
amend said Agreement to extend the term for an additional three-month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises in said
Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those
amended in this Sixth Amendment, the parties agree as follows:
1. Fourth Amendment, Exhibit A, Section 6, PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE,
shall be amended to extend the term of said Agreement for an additional three-
month period through December 31, 2011.
2. Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Fourth Amendment to
Agreement on the date and year first written above.
