DISCUSSION On Octaber 6, 2008, the Housing Authority increased the Executive Director's authority to execute agreements from an amount not to exceed $10,000 to $25,000. Agreements valued at greater Phan $25,000 require approval by the Board of Directors. This is the same authority granted to the City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November of 2006. The authority granted to the Executive Director required the submission of a quarterly report to the Housing Authority at a public meeting an afl such agreements. No contracts were entered into during the period of October 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.
