The Special Meeting of the City Council was also teleconferenced pursuant to Government
Code Section 54953(b) with Councilmember Sal Tinajero from the location of 201 E. Chapman
Avenue, Fullerton, CA 92832. The teleconference was accessible to the public for the Public
Comments portion of the meeting, pursuant to Government Code Section 54953.3.
