The one-stop delivery system i net~rork of UUTA--mandated and optional partners rho are respansihle for providing services, as applicable, fortrainingand employment opportunities authorized by the Act. The City of Santa Ana currently operates the ne~top Center. The l~ler~orandun~ of Understanding ~~U} provides for collaboration by ail of the one~stap partners and creates a seamless system of service delivery designed to enhance access to the programs' services and improve lonWter employment outcomes far the individuals receiving services ~Bxhibit 'i }.
