Re: AGREEMENT MODIFICATION FOR WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT YOUTH PROVIDER
On July 30, 2012 the STEM Youth Program (Contractor) requested a Modification to Memorandum of Understanding
(MOU) A-2012-129.
The STEM Youth Program's request has been approved. This is the 1 S` Modification to the MOU and will be effective
July 30, 2012 and set to expire on June 30, 2013. The enrollments shall be modified to serve 14 in-school youth and 6
out-of-school youth instead of 15 in-school and 5 out-of-school (see Exhibit B, attached).

RE: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) A-2012-129 Request for Modification
Dear Ms. Castro-Cardenas:
This letter will serve as a request to modify MOU #A-2012-129 between the City of
Santa Ana and the Santa Ana WORK Center. Due to population needs, we would like
to modify the number of WIA youth to be served from 15 in-school and 5 out-of-school
youth to 14 in-school and 6 out-of-school youth. The total number of youth to be served
will remain the same.
