APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH DAVID CAVAZOS AS CITY
MANAGER
Dear Mayor Pulido,
I am writing you today to express my support for Mr. Cavazos for City Manager. As a business
owner and developer located in Santa Ana I was pleased to hear that a final decision was
imminent for the role of city manager.
When I read that Mr. Cavazos was the candidate, I was ecstatic. I have had the opportunity to
benefit from his leadership as we worked closely with the city on several outstanding projects.
Mr. Cavazos brought a tremendous amount of leadership and direction to the city of Phoenix
and I am confident he will do the same for Santa Ana.
