RECOMMENDED ACTION
Direct the Clerk of the Council to post a Notice of Cancellation for the regularly scheduled
Council meeting of October 7, 2013; the City staff hereby waives notice of said meeting as
required by the Government Code.
DISCUSSION
City staff is recommending the cancellation of the regularly scheduled City Council meeting
on October 7, 2013. The Council will resume consideration of regular Council items at
their Adjourned Regular Meeting scheduled for October 21, 2013 in the Council Chamber,
22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
