The Brown Act permits the Agency Board to discuss certain matters without members of the
public present, provided the items to be discussed are posted 72 hours prior to the Agency Board
meeting. The following items were received for the April 5, 2004 Closed Session.
95.A. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.8.

CLOSED SESSION REPORT
The Agency General Counsel will report on any actions to be taken at the
Regular Meeting which will begin at 6:00 p.m. or as soon as possible
thereafter in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza
