UNIVERSITY, FULLERTON FOUNDATION FOR THE GRAND CENTRAL

Motion: Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director to execute a Second Lease Amendment to the
approved agreement with California State University, Fullerton
Foundation.
