Motion: 1. Award a contract to Vision Environmental, Inc. for the demolition
of 622.624 N. Garfield and 626 -628 N. Garfield in the amount of
$35,176 and authorize the Executive Director of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to execute all necessary documents.
2. Approve a project budget not to exceed $40,453.
