4. ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS FOR THE MERGER OF THE SANTA
ANA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREAS

JOINT SESSION CITY COUNCIL / CRA
Legal Notice was published in the Orange County Register for five
consecutive Mondays beginning August 2, 2004.
Recommended action was approved by:
a) The Planning Commission by a vote of 7:0 at its Regular Meeting
of June 14, 2004.
b) The Community Redevelopment and Housing Commission by a
vote of 7:0:1 (Turner abstained) at its Regular Meeting of August
17, 2004.
Motion: 1. Adopt a resolution approving and adopting the Negative
Declaration, Environmental Review No. 2004 -34.
2. Adopt a resolution approving the proposed amendments and
recommending that the City Council approve the proposed
amendments and adopt the ordinances for the merger of the
Santa Ana Redevelopment Project Areas.
