CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar are considered to be
routine by the Community Redevelopment Agency and will be
enacted by one motion without discussion unless otherwise directed
by the Chairperson. Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent
Calendar matters should file a "Request to Speak" form with the
Recording Secretary.
Recommended Action:

4. AGREEMENT FOR COMPUTER ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
WITH NETWORK INTEGRATORS LLC
Recommended Action:
Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director to execute an agreement with Network Integrators
LLC to perform various computer programming and other support
services in an amount not to exceed $127,000.
4.A. LEGAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH PILLSBURY WINTHROP SHAW
PITTMAN, LLP
Recommended Action:
Direct the Agency General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director to execute an agreement with the law firm of
Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman for a maximum hourly rate of $495
for specialized legal services for the Redevelopment Agency.
